Further Improvements to Quickshape Handles

In the previous release, we started work on improving our existing handles for quickshapes, to bring them up to the same modern look as the SmartShape handles. In this release, we've further improved it by reducing the number of handles and adding the new modern look to shapes and lines too.

Previously, creating a star shape quickshape looked like this:

Each of the center handles all did the same action, which made it redundant to repeat them. Now, it will only show one handle for that action:

But this handle isn't just only shown at the top, if you zoom into anywhere where the center handles would of been, it will still show.

Lines and shapes also have been updated with the new handles:

New Export Tab

The term 'Supersites' has been dropped and replaced with a set of options within a new Export tab, under Web Properties. This helps up in both dropping a HTML dialog with the options (and move away from IE) and tidy up the settings.

You can see more information here.

Similar to footers that were released in the last update, we've now added headers which automatically position themselves at the top of the page and made repeating. They will also, where possible, keep the content if they are replaced, allowing you to try different designs without having to redo the work.

You can find Headers by going to Insert > Headers.

Website Preview

Formerly, when previewing a page or your whole website, a preview window used to pop-up that effectively used IE11 to display your website. As this browser is no longer being supported, we've removed this for now and when previewing, it will open your default browser and display your website there.
